When my wife asked me to order this necklace for our 19-year-old daughter I asked her why. I look at the description I saw that this was I thought a boy's necklace. But she said that that was the style and girls were wearing these. Anyways when we got it delivered, does look good on her. She's very happy with the quality of it. Set the length of it is perfect as well. It definitely looks great on her. So apparently this necklace is unisex and can be worn by either gender.
